I have bought 6 pairs of shoes in 3 different transactions as a Christmas gift in Black Friday for my nephews and husband.
After all these Black Friday sales finished I received 2 mails from you that 3 shoes are out of stock and you refunded my money. The last order has been sent 20 days ago but still not arrived.
I tried to send mail to your help desk and my email returned to me and couldn’t deliver.
