The order came through but it took Oqium more than a week to ship the order. That made me nervous as I've never ordered from the before.

Order still not completed after 2 weeks. No response to my last contacts via contact form or PayPal. Now I am trying to get my money back via paypal.

Last order 1 of my articles was cancelled, out of stock, but it was in stock when I ordered and paid.

Order before took ages to be shipped, longer than 11 days and it was shipped after I sent an email...

Normally 5 stars but these last 2 orders unfortunately not.

Ordered a pants. Took almost 2 weeks to deliver and then I asked them for another size because it is too small, but didn‘t got an answer on my mail at all. (Even though they are spaming me with newsletters etc. Every day)
