J'ai fait une commande qui a été livrée assez vite.

Par contre j'ai besoin de retourner des articles qui ne correspondent pas et la c'est le silence radio totale.

Il n'y a alors plus personne qui répond aux mails.

J'ai envoyer 4 mails en 10 jours pour connaître la procédure des retours et personne ne vous répond.

C'est inadmissible !!!!

sent wrong size (EU 2 measures smaller) and seems to be ignoring all my email regarding the problem. They sent me an email to review the purchase but won’t answer any of my emails. Also, they have sent no return paper or anything of the sorts.
