"Not Good Anymore"

Seems like they have grown in size (maybe) or are shrinking in competence. What used to be good customer service is robotic, defensive and cold. I would love to continue to support this company but they are insufferable and unhelpful. Why wait for Teksavvy to do nothing when you can just call Shaw directly (Teksavvy "can't").

If you want a consistent reliable connection, then STAY AWAY from these people. I have had nothing but problems for months and all they do is "submit a ticket" and then tell you Shaw says theres nothing wrong. Every hour on the hour, sometimes every 15 minutes, the TV, a Google Search, it all stops for 1-5 mins.

They refuse to do anything about it.

Stay away from these scammers. The worst internet and service in my 24 years of using it.

"I called in to Tek Savvy for a wired…"

I called in to Tek Savvy for a wired internet connection last week. The first technician called and said he had been waiting for 15 minutes and was going to leave. My husband was there at the property waiting from 8am (window 8-10am) and the technician did not see him in the backyard. The technician called me and said he's cancelling the appointment and is leaving. At that moment my husband checked out front and saw the technician. They spoke face to face and the technician wouldn't do the connection and just left. I called back three more times and booked appointments to try and get the connection completed. No one showed up, no phone calls were made and we wasted 3 more attempts and still no technician shows up. I am stunned that they operate this way and allow such poor customer service. My husband and I cannot keep taking time off work for no one to even show up! Extremely disappointed with Tek Savvy. What a shame.
