"Puzzle Stool"
I have purchased several of these stools for my grandsons, nieces and nephews. Typically it’s a 1st birthday gift. They are made with quality and care. The oldest stool has been around for 9 years and is still as sturdy as it was when I purchased it. And A Baby has the best price. Definitely recommend this item.

"I paid for 2 day shipping"
I paid for 2 day shipping, but recieved order about 2 weeks later. Never got a refund for the 2 day shipping fee. Never recieved a shipping conformation and customer service was not very helpful a all. I would never order from this site again.

"Horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service. No communication with buyer. I emailed them prior to receiving the product about making changes and never heard back. I never received notice that it was shipped. It arrived and was the Incorrect measurements from what I gave them. They have not responded to any request for correction.

"Over promised and under delivered."
I was excited to purchase a product from your company but three things went wrong that should be fixed right away. First there was now way to apply for tax exempt status upfront or even after the fact so we paid an extra $75 that we didn’t need to pay. Second, when I called to have the tax exempt status set up I could not get through and tried the next day a couple of times. When I finally got through the receptionist literally told me, “I’m new, and I don’t know how to do that. Can you call back later?” The poor lady needs to be trained better. Third, we were promised that the shipping rate included assembly of the table upon delivery. FedEx delivered the product and did not complete that request. I don’t mind that do much, but don’t promise something if it’s not going to happen.

"Customer service was great, quality not so much..."
We were not happy with the quality of the mattresses we received, the covers started tearing within two weeks of normal use. However, customer service was responsive and sent us mattress covers at no cost. Still not happy with the quality of product, but customer service was great.
