"Bad Product being covered in name of Customer Policy"
I bought this sofa bed online and chose to collect myself.
Once assembled I noted the zipper / slider was broken.
On informing them of damage they asked me to get it fixed myself for partial refund,
which I did not accept.
Later they told me that I have to send sofabed to their warehouse to get it replaced or get refund.
In Australia cost of carrying this 30KG, 2 mtr X 1.5 mtr X 1 mtr item will cost me atleast $ 200.
This is good but Dirty trick to avoid issues faced due to lack of quality control
Now they dont even followup or get in touch.
I will not deal with them again

"You can’t track your delivery after it…"
You can’t track your delivery after it goes “onforward” so unless you can stay home for 5 days, it’s going to bounce back to depot. For me it was a 120klm round trip. Do not trust these Fwits.

Bad service hopeless Missing some part of my exercise bench waited for few months until got the missing part. Customer service staff are useless
