"Absolutely Ripped off by this company"
Absolutely Ripped off by this company, ordered a 2 seat sofa and what arrived in 2 small boxes was a sofa for under 3 year olds, so small.. Ludicrous, cheaply constructed , Not worth $414. Serious waste of money.
Be Warned. KLIKA are not like Catch. they are the bottom end of the market place with inferior rubbish that you can't get a refund on.

"Christmas tree with no stand"
Christmas tree with no stand. Bought through Big W Market Place and have contacted them multiple times. They keep saying they haven’t received my emails even though they have also been contacted by Big W support and have been phoned. Buyer Beware!

"Wallaroo bench gone rusty"
"it's also weather-resistant and rust-resistant."
This is in Klika's description for the Wallaroo Steel Garden Bench. Not accurate as the bench I purchased went rusty at the welds after a month. They gave me a $50 refund but still this should not happen.

"Klika"
Seems Klika is an onselling company, that sources items from different manufacturers. A lot of these are sent straight from the manufacturer or agent.
We purchased a few items from Klika in one order. Was disappointed with most of the products as they were cheaply and badly made. You need to really read the description carefully and also ask yourself why is it cheap.
Contacted customer service, but they refer your complaint to the manufacturers of the items. Of course little joy there.
Some of the items in question were cheaply made in backyard workshops and no attention to detail and no quality control. Other items were made of cheap pine, even though they were called 'outdoor'
I was told I could send one item back, but I declined. Will make good firewood.
Bedside tables that look great in the photo, but actually tiny in real life. More firewood.
In summery, A store with many attractive items, however most seem to be very cheaply made. Also, if you choose multiple items, they will come from different suppliers and mostly by different couriers. This increases the shipping cost somewhat.
I would definitely not recommend. Let the buyer beware !

"Purchased Item held hostage for several weeks"
I puchased a sofa bed through the Klika partner site - sarantino.com.au. The item was advertised with free shipping. I paid for the item in full. One week later, when the sofa hadn't arrived I checked the tracking details provided by Klika, to discover the order had been put on hold. Online chat with Klika provided me no explanation and informed me a customer service rep would call me. No one called. I called the Klika number and the person I spoke with informed me that the item was being held until I paid a shipping fee of $215. I refused as I had already paid for the item online with free shipping and had also received the invoice stating free shipping. I was advised someone from the dispatch team would call me. No one called. I sent an email. No reply. I forwarded a complaint to fair trading and only then did I receive a reply to my email stating that I must pay the shipping fee or my purchase would be refunded. I replied that I wanted my fully paid-for item shipped and did not want a refund. Several days later (3 weeks after purchasing the sofa bed) I received a refund with no further communication from Klika.
It was a terrible experience in all ways. I will not support this company, nor will I recommend it, ever.

"Purchased 8x4 garden shed"
Purchased 8x4 garden shed. Was smaller than advertised. Very flimsy panels would not stay together in any wind. Had to reinforce all panels and roof. Instructions are not clear. As for the plastic on each piece takes hours just to remove it. Wish I had read the past reviews before purchasing. Will never buy from Kilka again

"Would not honour valid warranty claim_Pronti Halogen Oven undercooks."
Klika sold me a Pronti Convection Halogen Oven that was under-cooking food. As an electronics technician I could measure its temperatures and found it took 40 minutes to reach 178 degrees MAXIMUM.
Klika immediately referred me to the "recommended cooking quideline". This fast response told me they know these ovens were dodgy. I sent the unit back to them and they said their 'warehouse technician' (get real !!! ) found it was worked properly. Had the so-called technican even turned it on he would have seen that the halogen heat lamp was constantly switching on and off. That was the cause of low heat dummy! Avoid this untrustworthy company.
Update:
14 December 2022, I wrote to Klika saying that I am still waiting for my refund. I got an immediate response:
“Apologies for waiting. I have made a follow (sic) with our manager to assist this us (sic) about the refund. We are hoping for your additional understanding.” Robbin | Customer Support”
Additional understanding? Sure, I now understand that Klika runs a scam where they knowingly sell substandard Chinese junk and avoid refunds when caught out.
Being in the electrical trade, I have taken the opportunity to test three halogen cookers. Two were identical to the Pronti except for the brand name. Similar to the Pronti they both failed to heat quickly or to even get close to the specified maximum heat.
They are inferior cookers with faulty thermostats and are probably produced in the same Chinese factory. The third cooker was imported from the UK. It heated to its maximum temperature in a few minutes and notably, the lamp in this cooker did not keep turning off and on. The owner is delighted with it.

"Klika shed"
I bought a shed from Klika discounted price, free delivery and no wonder why. The shed was in many parts, dented, took an experienced trade 6 hours to put all the pieces together as the parts are so intricate and flimsy. Paying for 6 hours work which should have been about 2 to 3 hours added a substantial cost and this included about an hour of both of us trying to peel the plastic off each and every part which was a mammoth and terribly boring exercise in itself. Obviously sending it back for a refund would be an enormous cost and it would be hardly viable to disassemble it and try repackaging it. I emailed my displeasure but all they wanted was a photo which I sent to them but they haven't bothered replying so that's it. Seems I'm stuck with this rubbish shed but the result is I will not buy anything from them again.
