"Five star review for Paul Weller at Hammersmith Eventim Apollo "

I have to applaud the staff at Hammersmith Odeon (yes I really do still call it that! ) From the second I arrived, I was welcomed by staff who recognised by accessibility needs. I was treated like a VIP, and they very quickly whizzed me to the front of the queue.
I was extremely impressed by the swiftness of the merchandise stand.
Managed to purchase everything I wanted of Paul Weller.
Then the gig started.......
Wow my first time ever seeing Mr Weller perform live, and I was in my element.
Had a superb evening, had a good old sing along and a boogie.
I really could not fault the entire evening.
Hammersmith you have my heart ❤️ and I will definitely be back again and again. Bravo Hammersmith Eventim Apollo.

"Staff were all good at the venue "

Staff were all good.
Not a good venue for people with disabilities. Sloping floor was really difficult to stand on.
Security staff were courteous. I did contact before going and wasn’t given much help re my disabilities.

"Unjustifiable 'Processing' Fees"

Booked two £45.00 tickets online. Ordering process worked OK and I received tickets by e-mail quickly. However, I was also charged an extra £13.00 in total in obscure 'processing' fees - including a £2.50 delivery fee for online tickets sent in an e-mail. It's like dealing with a petty thief.

"Could have been better."

I found it helpful having a seat map. However, when I clicked on a preferred seat, I was not able to make a booking as an error message would appear. I tried several times and found not succeeding very frustrating. In the end, I was able to make a booking but by then, the remaining seats were limited.

"Smooth Operators"

I found the website layout and information extremely clear. Other ticketing services have let me down previously for the same gig despite my bank saying everything is OK from my account. Very quick responses through security checks with my bank. All smooth.
