Really easy and quick to use. I tried another well known ticket service first, but it wouldn't load properly and then just shut down. I've not used Eventim before, but I will use again.

I was not happy with not being able to have a physical ticket for my purchase.
it was automatically taken to mobile phone and the app.
if there was a choice then it should be more transparent when it comes to checking out your basket to have a clear choice of how you wish to receive your tickets.
that was my reason for booking through Eventim direct and not Ticketmaster.
Many people including myself regard an actual ticket as a memento of a fond memory as this would have been to see and hear the legend that is Smokey Robinson.

Stuck continously, it took me more than 20 minutes to buy my ticket. Error when trying to buy which lead to low availability, so unstable that is unreliable
