Best seats are a scam for the company to offload the worst seats to customers who don't select their own. Was given seats at the very end of the row despite many in the centre of the theatre (in the same row) being available.

Customer service was very poor and inconsiderate, unable to change my seats after I contacted them.

TLDR: Poor customer service, book your seats directly from the theatre if at all possible

Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone. Been call for days and hours. Sent an email but no reply even though it says we will reply within FIVE DAYS🙄. Chat bot is useless and can’t put me through to live agent as no one is available. Honestly I don’t think anyone actually works there apart from the goons in security which I’ve read about in trust pilot. Seems like a God awful place. I regret buying tickets for this venue. Not expecting much better once I get there either! I’ll let you know what happens after the gig!
