booked two tickets a while ago wanted to add another person but move seats so we could sit together but eventim said cant do refunds but i made it clear i didn't want a refund just to buy another ticket and move seats. they wouldn't do that suggested i buy 3 tickets and sell these which might end up me having 5 tickets. really noy acceptable such an easy thing cant be done also very difficukt to contact as no phone number on their web site just a contact form and no idea when they might respond if at all

I am currently very happy with Eventim ticket purchasing. When it starts getting more involved or more expensive I shall stop using Eventim, as I have done with other ticket agencies. But I am currently a happy customer

Always an enjoyable experience at Hammersmith Odeon ,as it will forever be to me.
Having enjoyed about 80 gigs there since 1972.i can be there and hone.......45 minutes each way by bus or train,so that's good.
Alas , like everything else now days ,you are in a queue ,have to send an email.
But that's the modern World.

Hope the Odeon doesn't go under and close,would break my heart.
Would like to see the venue have more bands on for 2 or 3 nights..in the old days bands would play for a week.
Genesis,Bob Marley,Status Quo ETC.
Always been my favourite London venue,of it's size.

I agree. And according to what can & can’t be refunded, I can claim. According to the T&Cs train cancellations are a valid claim. I was even told that when I phoned Ticketplan. And if it’s not valid, why have they not said? They just ignore customers. I’m still waiting. It’s over a month now. They have everything they asked for, including an email from the rail company. So why the delay? It’s poor service that reflects badly on Eventim. Never again.



Eventim insurers Ticketplan are a complete scam. Please don’t pay for the insurance. I have provided every single detail they asked for after I legitimately couldn’t attend my show. Train cancelled. I’m still waiting for my refund despite SE Trains providing written proof I had no other option to get to London. I’m sure they collaborate with each other. What with the ticket fee on top of the price - rip off. I am now trying to refund via my credit card company. Insurance not worth the paper it’s written on. Such a shame.

We managed to get great seats for the show at a better price than Ticketmaster - I'll be checking Eventim first from now on! Booking fees are still a little pricey but no more than any of the other tickets agencies.
