Tickets not available for essential companions online. No info on how to get later found out if I had called venue I could have got. Feel this could have been made clear on site as hurried to get tickets incase they sold out.

It took me 4 times to get the Eventim web site to process my booking, so low marks there.
The cost of using Eventim to make the booking is ridiculously high, so more low marks.
The next time I want to see a show I shall go to the theatre booking office myself.

Extra fees and forced to pay for a ticket on an app, not even a printed one you can keep!, that's just ridiculous. Of course the 3 additional fees are shown up front, but you still don't have a choice if you want to go and see bands.
