I wanted to buy my tickets through virgin shops away so I added them to my basket and then logged in. Expecting them to be in my basket having re directed from the virgin website however they were not so I had to order different seats as this was a pre sale it was frustrating and in-elegant and I ended up having to choose different seats and missing out on my airmiles.

Very straightforward to buy tickets. It’s frustrating though if you want to have physical tickets (to keep as souvenirs) but only electronic ones are available.

I did not find the ticket selection process easy.
When I found I had 4 tickets in my basket when I only wanted 2 I could not adjust the number. I had to start again, but the tickets I wanted were nolonger available so I ended sitting much further back in the audience

Everyone's on their arse, and you guys and the venue have put FOUR surcharges on. 15% on top of the tickets.

One of them was £2.50 to DOWNLOAD your tickets! !

let me repeat that... A £2.50 FEE to click a link to DOWNLOAD the tickets AND the other stealth fees you just paid them for.

FFS. Sort it out, you are putting Ryan Air to shame here.
