It was my first time buying tickets from Eventim, but I accidentally registered with the wrong details! I emailed them for help in accessing my tickets.
They responded very quickly and were incredibly kind in assisting me. The staff member, Billie, was particularly wonderful. Thanks a lot!

"I waited online until 10am on Friday…"
I waited online until 10am on Friday 11th Oct to buy tickets for the Michael Kiwanuka concert next year. As soon as they became available I applied for two tickets having been told that the best seats would be offered to me first. The seats I was offered ( and subsequently bought) were right at the back and on the very edge of the auditorium . I would really like to know how the ticketing system allows almost all of the circle seats to be sold out within seconds of becoming available. Is there nothing that can be done to prevent such an obvious fraud?

"Too many extra fees"
Too many extra fees. Why do we have to pay £2.50 to get an electronic ticket in addition to the levy and other fees.

Had a good time in the Circle at Hammersmith Apollo seeing Hiatus Kayote. Better to sit and see everything as not very tall and could not see them at all last time at a different venue which was standing only.

I don't like Eventim's ticket sales platform. I logged on at 10am sharp and couldn't find one single seat. Most of the tickets were sold if you had pre-sale access. I registered for pre-sale, however, got notified at 11pm and tickets were unavailable. Not a good system and unfair for fans.

"24% of the money paid is commission!!"
I paid 29.31 for a ticket that originally cost 22.31, which means that 24% of the money paid is commission. I would have chosen a different website but unfortunately the artist whose concert I am attending used this platform. Feels like a scam to me. I can only imagine how much money the artist actually gets. Never using this platform again. I wish you would go bankrupt, guys. The other reviews prove my point. Hope people read this before using the platform and my 1* affects the overall score

"Unable to book due system problem "
Unable to book due error on system. Sent email to customer services as unable to speak yo anyone. Very poor service.
Received a reply thanking me for pointing out error which was then fixed and able to book but seats I wanted were now unavailable. Requested booking fee be refunded but declined outright. Not happy.

I would of liked the option for ticket type. I bought as a present and have to wait a long time for tickets so will have no gift to give now
I like to give experiences as gifts but, like to have a physical ticket to give
