Why is it necessary to pay delivery fees when tickets are delivered electronically on top of transaction fees and venue fees. It's the bane of the entertainment / performance industry and the Eventim app.

I wanted to be sure I got the tickets for a favorite group that I've not been able to see since 1995 when they came to New York when I was visiting.
