I would have awarded the team a 5/5 but I couldn't because I still haven't seen how well things hold up on the airlines side when I turn up at the airport 🤷🏿‍♂️

Fly sharp are again today harassing me to pay £150 in their corrupt arbitration charges, following already taking £9500 off me for business class flights u was not able to use. Can you imagine the ethics of a company that has robbed a customer of £9500, then pays an arbitrator to vote in their favour, then tries to claim an extra £150. Disgraceful behaviour. I don’t recommend this travel agent. Please book directly with the flight provider, they are corrupt and don’t care about how hard people work for their money. Greed
