Great sunset cruise, amazing music!

Compramos un tour en catamarán llamado Sunset con música en vivo los viernes por la noche en 19.30.
Todo el viaje se vio arruinado por la ensordecedora música disco.
No había ningún lugar en el catamarán donde pudiéramos hablar. Este no es un crucero para personas de mediana edad.

"Pas 1heure et demie comme promis"

Partie avec 8 minutes de retard. Arrivée avec 5 minutes d’avance. Nous pensions que la nage était pendant une demi-heure alors au bout de 20 minutes ma fille de 9 ans voulait aller aussi dans l’eau mais l’employé pas très agréable et stressé a dit qu’elle ne pouvait plus et a fermé. Enfant en pleure. Nous n’allons plus faire une telle expérience. 74€ (3 adultes et 1 enfants) pour pas grand chose.

"DO IT!"

Absolutely loved it. Easy to book, easy to find, lots of space and lots of time. We had a great time and do it again before we go home, heh heh!

"Timing of Sunset Cruise should be reconsidered."

Booked clients with "Sunset" option. Cruise was cut short by about 10-15 min and ran from 6-7pm (well just before). They said that the sun doesn't set until about 8pm (Google says it sets at 825pm today) so they missed the sunset from the catamaran. I recommend that the tour should operate 30-45 min later if possible to avoid disappointment.

They said the staff was lovely and other than the timing, they were happy with the cruise.

"Dissappointing not as advertised"

We thought we were going on a proper catamaran with a sail and hammocks but it as an ordinary little boat!
The sangria was unpleasant.
There were no snorkels, as advertised.
The paella was cold and dry.
Very disappointing.

Puntualidad, personal correcto.El recorrido muy ameno, pasa rápido el tiempo y apetece más. Una experiencia agradable, pero el grupo de chicas en las redes hacía parecer más a un paseo por ibiza.

We were expecting a ‘catamaran’ for the sunset cruise - turned out to be the ferry boat! No apology or even mention of the boat change. In fact, no announcements, welcome on board, or even safety briefings were made. None of the crew spoke at all!
All very unprofessional in my opinion. The scenery is stunning and we had a beautiful sunset, but disappointed with the boat and lack of professionalism - not quite the experience/standard we expected.

En Valencia apenas sales del puerto y ves la playa están dando la vuelta,no despliegan las velas, en resumen, un paseo que se disfruta poco.
Hemos hecho otros paseos en catamarán en otros sitios y los hemos disfrutado mucho más.
