Everything was fine with the exception of actually having a physical number to call. With all the scams that exist on the internet, it is a teeth clencher knowing once you have paid for something if it will be responded for. Additionally, I think the search for my item might have been quicker and more efficient if I had someone to articulate my needs.

Super positive experience. Best price I could find online. Customer service got back to me almost immediately when I asked if the carburetor was in stock. It shipped the day I ordered it and arrived the following day! What more could I ask for? Thanks TPS!

Beware of Truck Part Superstore they have errors in their product descriptions online. I believe the vehicle specific part search engine may also have errors when matching vehicle compatibility with certain products.
I ordered and received a product ( Bushwacker ) that was not the same measurement as advertised. The product I received did not match the specifications that were listed with the product description online.
The first person I communicated with about the return was helpful with getting the return process started .
I filed my online return application and provided proof of the error in advertising and received authorization to return, they told me to check my spam mail for return instructions.
I had to reach out again as the instructions did not show . I received a reply quickly including a 1 page instruction.
The short story of the instruction page is:
I took product to courier to find out the shipping was $500, not prepaid. No shipping label provided. The shipping fee was approximately the same price as the product.
I contacted Truck Part Superstore to ask for a shipping label as the error occurred in their websites advertising.
The sales expert and I had multiple correspondence.
Even though , I had given them multiple proofs that the error occurred in their advertising,(screenshots of the error in the description)
I received multiple ( approximately 5) replies accusing me making the error. The sales expert, repeatedly suggested that I should not have bought these as they were for a different vehicle.
I again shared screen shots of the description and the list of vehicles from the fitment specs and explained I entered my info into the vehicle specific search, it prompted the product as an option.
By reading the description and specs provided ,
I was able to verify the fitment to fit my vehicle and I verified the description was matching my requirements. Everything worked perfectly until the order arrived not as advertised.
No matter how many times I explained and proved to Truck Part Superstore that the error occurred in the advertising they keep telling me I made the error?
This return claim started with one sales expert, went to a second and was even escalated to the president of Truck Part Superstore .
The presidents reply was inline with sales experts.
Stating that the company policy was not to refund due to “customers mistake or change of heart. “ I agree with that policy, however it doesn’t apply to my order as I was not liable for the mistake in the advertising. It was also suggested that I try to sell my order to get my money back.
During the couple days of correspondence the product description for the part order on the website was corrected and since I received the email from the company president the part number I ordered is no longer a prompted option when using the vehicle specific search for my vehicle.
I specifically tried ordering this product from Truck Part Superstore because they are a company that was in my province . I was trying to make an effort to support regional and local business .
I definitely didn’t expect this kind of service.
I would be very careful or not order from this company . No matter whom makes a mistake with the order you will not get a refund. In my case they have repeatedly denied any accountability and have completely ignored that the error was made on their end.
Amazon will send you a QR code and provide you with options of where you can drop your items to be returned.
I understand that a mistake can be costly, just beware that the cost will be passed to you the customer regardless of whom is actually responsible.

Ask to cancel this order, no response till now, TWO MONTHS LATER. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TWO BIT COMPANY AGAIN.
