"Avoid at all costs!"

My experience is alarmingly similar to Amanda’s (below).

I ordered in August and at no point of the ordering process were delivery delays mentioned. It’s now the end of October and still no sign of my order, despite receiving an email suggesting my items were fully dispatched on the 12th September!

I’ve contacted the company several times, but the customer service is amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced (even worse than Sports Direct). I typically receive copy and paste responses using Covid-related excuses.

The company has so far refused to issue a refund, so I’m now having to follow other routes to get my money back.

Funnily enough, they begged me not to leave negative feedback/reviews about my experience! Perhaps if they treated customers with some respect I wouldn’t have needed to.

Judging by the other reviews on here, I’m guessing that they won’t be in business much longer given their customer treatment policy.

Just as an update to this - I would strongly advise all affected customers to apply for a refund through Visa Chargeback or PayPal; the process is pretty straightforward and there’s a reasonably high success rate.

"Worst customer service I've ever had. Avoid at all costs."

I placed an order with these guys August 6th. Its now 29th October and still no sign whatsoever of my order.

I have communicated with Joshua from Customer Service a few times - his emails make little to no sense, a mix of a personalised reply and automated spiel. Essentially telling me to be patient and that I will get my order eventually and that delivery times have now gone from 3 and 10 working to days 8 and 30 working days... I have been waiting nearly 3 months.

I have requested a tracking code - this has been ignored. Also requested refund, which Joshua told me I could not have.

They have now given me £30 credit to spend in their store out of 'good will' - hilarious. Why would I want to order AGAIN after this experience?

Incredibly frustrating that their phone lines & live chat have been 'temporarily disabled'. Possibly the worst customer service i've ever experienced, and truly ironic that they are asking customers to please be kind before leaving bad reviews on Trust Pilot.

I was very patient and have tried very hard to communicate with your team fairly, all things considered at this very worrying time globally. But you cannot ask customers to cut you slack when you take their money and run.

"This company needs to be avoided at all…"

This company needs to be avoided at all costs. I placed an order with them on 29 August 2020. It's now 28th October and still no sign of the package. I have. requested a refund 3 times and in return I get an automated email.

"If you have no order wait till the end of time then ask for a refund"

I placed an order on 3rd July 2020. 2 items out of 5 were delivered then nothing. I contacted customer service, (phone lines are switch off.... how brave they cannot face with customers). Then I received an email asking me to wait 12th October (!!!!!! Ordered in July) then another 12 working days and if I still dis not have my order contact them. How nice and customer friendly attitude. I am wondering if they ask me to wait till Jesus reborn or we land on the Mars, or.....

"An order from May..."

I made an order in May 2020. Two months later one part of the three part order turned up as there were stock issues, with the other two pending. Took this as a delay with the pandemic etc so fair enough. I was recently advised that this won’t be delivered until December, So I have asked again. The delivery date is now open ended so my order has been cancelled. Which is ok, but I’ve been given a credit note, not my money back. I have asked for this. I’ve given three stars as I have received prompt emails back and the lady I’ve been dealing with has been really lovely and understanding. But otherwise not great at letting you know updates on your orders, or stock levels...

"items do not arrive, no refund"

Ridiculous. After waiting two months for my items I have asked for a refund as they claim that after 10 days delay items are considered as lost. They are trying to refuse a refund saying that the estimated waiting times have increased and the items will still appear. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Will not buy from them again and do not recommend.

"I will not be using this Company again"

I will not be using this Company again, as this is the third time i've had the exact same issue, which surely cannot be a coincidence!! I order supplements from all over the World and have never been faced with extremely, and consistently bad service.
I placed an order on 28th July, with notification of dispatch... chased and chased Health Monthly by email. Was first told of delay due to US 'issues' (i'd since placed several orders online using iherb (shipping from US), which no issues whatsoever. Then told items had been lost and replacements would be sent.....i'm still waiting. Placed second order on 10th Sept (for different items.... exactly the same thing happened.... i'm still waiting. This surely cannot just be happening to me?
