I have regularly purchased Terry Naturally Curamin Extra Strength Pain Relief from health monthly for a few years now. Normally their service is very good and they promptly correct any mistakes. I understand that the pandemic has made things very difficult for everyone and as requested by their website have been very patient in waiting for responses to my recent emails/feedback on the following concerns. Unfortunately when I received order number 2159198 two of the 30 tablet bottles did not contain the correct number (stated number of tablets). The next order number 2167395 was placed when the website clearly indicated that the items were in stock. I then received an email stating that they are awaiting new stock and the item would not be delivered until 20/11/2020. This is not acceptable as the website information around stock levels was misleading. Also I was unable to access the 15% off using the Flash15 code at checkout. Whilst I have received automated emails that are not personalised to my concerns they all remain unresolved after waiting for a few weeks. I have been left with no alternative but to place this review in the hope that health monthly will respond and resolve these concerns.

I am extremely displeased with this company as I still haven't received my goods, even though I have chased them up a couple of times since I purchased the items on the 17th August, expecting a 2 - 3 week allowance due to the impacts of Covid but not 7 weeks. I've been very reasonable but now am seeking a refund for the goods.
