AVOID!! I have waited over 10 weeks for an order that has still not arrived. This company have umpteen excuses as to why this is, yet I have ordered products from America that have arrived within 2 weeks. I have sent many, many emails asking for a refund, they do not reply, they even have a message on their website asking to not post negative Trustpilot reviews. Mynext step today is trading standards as this is completely unacceptable.

Didn't get my item. Asked for refund few times and when I was asked to wait a bit more. Now it is already 2 months from my order and item, no money and no answer as well🤷♀️

Very bad experience with this seller. I had to open a Paypal case for full refund of my order #2150649 from 7 July. Eventually received some items but not all. Seller asked me to close the case on Paypal and offered partial refund, however they haven't paid. Also quality of products received is dubious. This looks like a scam.

"Slow shipping"
I ordered two different supplements on 2 July 2020, to the UK. These were dispatched in two separate deliveries, one arriving within the estimated period 2 weeks later, but the other did not arrive until approximately 10 weeks later! The second item was estimated to arrive within 5 weeks, which was long enough without the added delay. I can only recommend ordering from this company if you do not need the items urgently! Upon ordering, there was no suggestion that there would be such a long delay in receiving the items, and I would have ordered elsewhere if I had any idea. I have ordered lots of things from many companies throughout the Covid lockdown period, even from the U.S., and all arrived swiftly, so I cannot imagine why this took so long to arrive. I have nothing negative to say about the products themselves, but in this day and age customers expect prompt delivery, or at least to know how long to expect before they place an order.
UPDATE: I have revised my review from 3 stars to 4, because of the kind refund of a small sum from the company as a gesture of goodwill, which is excellent customer service. I have also read the Delivery Information page, which says a delay of 5-10 working days may be expected due to Covid, which I sympathise with. Due to my experience, I still stand behind my comments and hope they can improve communications to manage expectations about shipping times, which is more important than fast shipping.

This company is an absolute disgrace!!! I sent an item back in July, after not receiving my refund, I then emailed about it, after multiple emails back and forth with them blaming covid 19, but I ordered the product at the beginning of June which turned up two weeks later so if covid 19 has messed them up so bad why is it 7 weeks later and no one has bothered to refund my money or tell me anything. The last two emails I have sent them they haven’t even bothered to reply to! So it looks like I am going to have to take this further to get £15 back!! What a badly run company!
