1st 2 orders were fine, but like everyone else is saying, something happened. Took 3 weeks for them to process my last order. Emailed 3 times about it and never got a response. Then they processed it and shipped it through some shady no name company and its been sitting in a warehouse for 10 days. So we are at about a month now and my order (of over $100) is still in limbo. I've sent 6 emails to the vape company and 2 to the shipping company and I haven't received a response to any of them. I'll be disputing the charges with my bank tomorrow. Screw these people.

They shipped my order so late and now its been 3 weeks i still dont have my order. Anybody knows what shipping company they use? They gave me a tracking but its says page not found when i track it. Customer service doesnt exist here

The last few times I have ordered from them it has taken an extraordinary amount of time for them to ship my order. I placed an order on the 12th this time and today is the 17th and it still says processing.
They used to be great but they have gone downhill a lot recently. If you are in a hurry to get your liquid I would advise buying from somewhere else.

"There customer service could use improvement"
I placed two orders with them recently trying to stock up before the vape shipping ban kicks in. It took 19 days to receive one of my orders but to be fair to them, the prices and selections are great, the shipping speed is slow and the customer service is horrible. I can live with the slower shipping because of the selections and prices but they definitely need to do something about their almost non existent customer service. If they'd have a person working full time to address their customers this company would be top notch. If you don't mind waiting for your products then it's fantastic but if you're impatient, like I sometimes get, then this isn't the best place for you. But remember that they do have juices that are impossible to find anywhere else.

BEWARE!!! I have been a customer for years but it seems like lately the company has gone downhill. I left a message my call was never returned! My emails never get a response! I order something and it takes two or three weeks for them to even ship!! This is the last time I wait three plus weeks for my oil... they have competitors but keeping customers doesn't seem to be a priority for Vape Society!!

"Terrible Customer Service"
I had placed a couple of orders with Vape Society in the past couple of months with no issues. This time I decided to use the free shipping over $99 to cut down on shipping costs and longer between orders. I placed an order on April 5th and have not received any tracking information and am not getting any replies to my follow up emails or left phone messages.
