I have been waiting a long time for my order to be shipped, 5 days. Can not get a human to respond to emails. I should have done my research on this place. It was the only place that had everything I wanted to order and I should have made multiple orders on multiple websites and my stuff would have at least been on the way. Do not order from these crack heads. They are crooks.

Wish I'd checked here first. Ordered early 2/2, no word for 4 days, finally got a tracking link on 2/6 but it just says waiting... worst customer service ever. No person responds to emails, just a bot. Nary a phone number to be found. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I bought some e-juice in a bundle. One of the bottles had menthol in it. They let me send it back for an exchange, even sent me the label, except they never sent the exchange. All my calls were not returned. I was completely ignored after they had called and told me they would be sending an exchange. I finally gave up. Never to buy from them again.

UPDATE: 02/10.
I finally received my order. Thank god. I thought I was being scammed. I received a follow up call from customer service saying the mess up was with the postal service but they corrected the issue and sent the package to the correct location.
My items received were correct and all name brand. Now debating to order from them again.
ORIGINAL:
I ordered several items and spent over $100. I received timely and prompt notifications about my order, including tracking information however, they delivered by order to an entirely different state. Ive sent multiple emails and made several calls within operating hours and No response or answer. I finally go ahold of a live person today and they stated that they will need to follow up with their supervisor and will call me back. No answers. No apologies. No refund, no we will reissue your order to correct this situation. Just a flat out Uhhhh, I dont know how to help you, we will call you back.
Currently waiting for a call back. If this doesn't happen I will be following up with reporting fraudulent charges and reporting this business to BBB.

I have sent multiple messages too these place and haven’t got no response back! It’s been 4 days now!! I ordered a few juices and one of them didn’t taste right , it’s also one of my favorites! It’s pretty much like vaping water!!

Pretty sure at this point this site is a scam. My order was in processing for at least a week, and now it says it has been sitting in “pre-shipment” for 3 days. I have contacted the company several times and have not received anything back. It’s looking like I’ll be having to dispute the charge with my bank just to even get my money back, because with the bad reviews, it looks like they don’t actually even send your order out half the time.

Worst company ever!! Now the 2nd time trying this joke!! Ordered on Dec 21st 2020....still do not have my order....says it shipped....but usps says it was never picked up?! Similar scenario the first time trying this company.....was willing to give a 2nd chance....multiple calls to no answer, countless emails and straight up ignored!! All I want is my money back!! Do not do business with this company, period!!! Awful customer service

"If everyone is saying the same thing..."
Just as everyone else stated, the prices are good, but you’ll be waiting a ridiculously long time to eventually get your order. You’d think we’re just being spoiled because of Amazon’s fast delivery but this is not the case. Priority shipping is 3-5 business days depending on how close you are from the departing location. However, it taking 5 business days to ship your order, and an additional 5 day to be delivered. This is not cool, especially if you’re trying to get your supplies before you run out of your current stock. So when in fact you’re using this site to save money, you end up spending more because you need to purchase locally just to have something while you wait and wait and wait.

This place is good priced.. but there shipping and "order processing " is a bit ridiculous..... lead times are unacceptable when running an online store... buyer beware if you don't mind waiting a week at a time for your orders then that's up to you......

"Great Experience. Worried about Reviews."
I had a great experience buying from them for the first time on 1/5/21. I ordered 6 juices for a total of ~ $66. Fantastic deal. I was worried when, after I had already placed my order, I read the TONS of horrible reviews about them never delivering orders and never answering their phone or responding to emails. But I recieved everything in 10 days and was able to track the package after they handed it off to USPS.
It wasn't the fastest delivery but given how poorly USPS has been managed lately and the fact it's still relatively close to the holiday season, I have no complaints. It's worth waiting 10 days for prices like these.
The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of all of the people who had obviously had a terrible experience with this company. I believe customer service is paramount so I don't like seeing SO MANY bad reviews for a company. They can't all be fake reviews or impatient people.
But to reiterate, I had a great experience with this company. I'm just hesitant to order again because of the bad reviews. Luckily I bought enough juice to last me a long while.
