"Spend your money elsewhere, slow service, same prices"

For product availability and pricing they are right along with some other websites, so doesn’t really make them special. I would rate that alone 3.5 stars. Hardware isn’t part of the question anymore due to COVID. Customer service is auto generated on some subjects, lack of True connection With customers. 2 star on customer service. Convenience and shipping gets ZERO stars. I’ve been ordering from them since about 3 years ago (2018/2019) every time I order they always ship out exactly three business days after I place my order (which is their policy) but compared to MyVPro, Ejuice.Deals, Giant Vapes, Vapor DNA, and Eight Vape they are the slowest for shipping. LISTEN: NO ONE likes to have $100 at a time be pulled from their account and wait 7-10 BUSINESS days to get their product. As soon as I order from other sites they will ship and provide a tracking number usually within the first 24 hrs even if I order on a Friday or Saturday night. Then I check the next day on the shipping and the post office already has received the package and is in transit. Will not be ordering again. Lost me as a customer. I’m tired of waiting on them, it’s been a year since I ordered and nothing has changed same old lazy slow service, cannot use COVID as an excuse. Spend the SAME amount of money somewhere else (my listed websites) because you’re paying the same amount of money for better customer service and super fast shipping.

"I'm just looking for some good e-liquid…"

I'm just looking for some good e-liquid prices from a store that also sells my coils, so I found this in DuckDuck. The reviews here have made me cautious. I can share the following information about this business:

They state on their shipping policies page that they do not refund lost shipments. In fact, they explicitly state once they ship it, it belongs to you and FedEx. This is actually pretty unusual. They encourage you to ensure your package instead, but...

... there are no options to insure your package. Instead, they tell you that you will have options as part of checkout, ask for your credit card number, then take your money without a single chance to change anything about the shipping.

They do have a support contact email at the bottom of their site. I contacted it. It's a form. That's a little suspicious, as well. It makes it harder for you to document contacting them and what you said. So I printed the form after I filled it out. I printed everything else also. Because....

... If I don't receive my order, I will dispute this through my bank. And since I was not offered any insurance options after being promised such options, I already know my dispute will win.

**UPDATE** I never received a reply to my email. They did ship with a tracking number. No insurance. I almost didn't get the package... it almost was returned to the sender... because they got my street address on the package but not my apartment number, so it was undeliverable. Under these conditions, they owe you a refund, since they are having the shipments returned back to them. If they will not refund you and you have proof that it was shipped and returned to them, you can dispute this with your bank - FORGET WHAT VAPE SOCIETY CLAIMS. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A PACKAGE THAT IS IN THEIR POSSESSION AFTER THEY SHIPPED IT AND GOT THE ADDRESS WRONG. IF THEY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK FROM USING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, THEY HAVE TO REFUND YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE. THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS A RETURN.

Half the reviews here are one-star. Competitors rarely can afford that many astroturfers at once, especially small ones like these vape websites tend to be. It looks like they basically fill whatever orders they can, ignore customer support, and if they can't fill it or it messes up... oh well. That would explain why half the reviews here are five stars while the rest are one star. Someone in a long-term scheme of this nature is going to make sure some of the orders are taken care of so they don't look *too* shady... so they keep getting more customers.

"Absolute crap"

Would give them 0 if I could. Ordered two things from them; received neither. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’ve spoke with 3 different reps telling me they needed 48-72 hours. It’s now been 18 damn days. I’d speak about the customer service but they had none. Extremely disappointed and still waiting for any type of confirmation in regards to refund.

I’m not shopping with them again! I paid extra for priory shipping and I’ve been waiting a WEEK and still don’t have it, every other place I ordered from with priory I get it in 2 DAYS 3 MAX, this is ridiculous I would HIGHLY suggest SHOPPING ELSEWARE!!

"poor customer service"

poor customer service . made a order on 7-24-20
they claimed the order shipped out on 7-27-2020
for days the tracking number showed waiting on item contacted customer service . All I got were excuses and a song and dance blaming the USPS for the issue when they confirmed it never received the order

"I'd be very careful with this company"

I'd be very careful with this company. They have no customer service. So if a mistake is made they do nothing. I moved and forgot to update to my new address. I emailed them immediatly and never heard back, next day I was notified it shipped. So rather than correct it they just shipped it out. I know they will say sorry we didnt get to it in time or web admins and shipping are 2 different worlds. But in the past I have never had next day shipping. So it seems like PUSH it thru frank......happened....

"Awesome company"

I read that this was a sham company and that people weren't getting their orders. Whoever wrote that must've been competitor trying to slander the company because I just placed my 3rd order with them and my first 2 orders came to Minnesota from Nevada in the time I purchased to receipt of my order in less than a week. My orders arrived prompt and I got exactly what I paid for. I will be ordering from them here on out! This company kicks ass! I usually don't do reviews. These guys deserve it, tho.

"They are AWESOME!!"

They are AWESOME! So many options! So many flavors, nicotine strengths, and brands to choose from! I ordered on Saturday morning and my package arrived Monday morning and was packaged up very well. I have finally found the place to get everything I need and the prices are PHENOMENAL! Top that off with fast delivery and you've got everything you could want or need.
