Extracteur de jus et des hydrateur commandés le 1er oct 2021.Annoncés disponibles sur le site et livrables le 7 ou 8 octobre. Rien à la date indiquée et service clients totalement injoignable au tel. Nous sommes le 18,toujours rien et un mail confus du sce clients contacté par mail parlant d'1 livraison en fin de mois car les articles sont rupture de stock. Ces pratiques sont malhonnêtes j'aurai commandé ailleurs s'ils avaient annoncé ce délai d'1 mois minimum. Fuyez cette société pas fiable.

Fantastic Customer Service when I had a problem with my 10+ year old juicer. All repaired and upgraded under guarantee and returned within days- nothing was too much. VERY impressed but then I've always found Vitality4Life the best in their field as they really do care. Thank you again!

"A positive experience"
I bought a KingSmith treadmill that got some damage in the first month which was not my responsibility (cause: an error in the information placed in the manual resulted in a missed cause which formed some damage); they honoured the warranty and sent out a brand-new one promptly upon receiving the damaged item, as well as paid for the collection of the item.
Tuffnells, their courier, provides inbound tracking so I was able to know my driver and my delivery date. Sending it back was difficult since I didn't get tracking access (because I didn't order the collection) and the item took extra time beyond their four working days, so this delayed things but Tracy assisted in locating the parcel once I prompted her of its delay (hearing nothing from Tracy made me do so), and although it was described as 'on hold' by Tuffnells this confirmed to her I'd sent it and she ordered the replacement that hour which came 2 working days later. The Tuffnells was a kind bloke with who I enjoyed interacting.
Tracy Veenendaal, as mentioned (the UK customer service manager), throughout the whole experience would be responsive to her emails, always replying within 24 hours and often within 3 [with a professional and kind tone].

"Shoddy product, no customer service. Avoid."
I bought a replacement front end for a juicer, the part broke within a few weeks after normal use and I requested a refund as unfit for purpose, the original part lasted 10 years.
I heard nothing, phoned (no answer left message), emailed explaining I expected a response by end of week, they replied confirming that I had bought the part from them and asking for more details (I had already sent these but in the interests of resolving the matter I sent everything again). Nothing.
I will arrange a refund through my credit card company.
The same part is available on amazon, they handle refunds and returns professionally, avoid this company at all costs.

This is a scam company. I ordered a juicer on 22nd February and never received it. They eventually offered a refund, but it hasn't arrived either. I will be informing Barclays bank about it so that the company is put on a black list.

Ce vendeur est à fuir!!!! Après plusieurs mois d'attente parce que mon mixeur biochef est défectueux depuis le début.... J'attends patiemment (un coup, les comptes ne sont plus accessibles, un coup c'est à cause du brexit ok passons) et là, on me dit que je peux recevoir mon bordereau de retour pour renvoyer le produit et devinez quoi ?!!! J'ai juste 25 euros de frais de retour à payer. On dirait une vieille arnaque C'est HONTEUX!!!

My blender arrived after one month, completely broken
, they do not answer to your mail so I had to claim a refund with PayPal. No answer from them in one week! Really bad!!!! Still waiting for an answer!!!

"Absolutely terrible customer service"
Absolutely terrible customer service. Please, spare yourself a lot of worry and stress and expensive phone calls to their premium rate number and don't buy from them. After purchasing an expensive item I found it to be faulty, and it took weeks to try to get the item returned and a refund given with no replies to my emails. I never usually write reviews but don't want anyone else to go through such a terrible experience.

I was charged for a premium rate number whenever I needed to speak to someone, I quickly reached my mobile spending cap.
The colour I paid for was subsequently out of stock.
I was repeatedly given false delivery information, the juicer took over 8 days to arrive.
The juicer finally arrived with a European plug rendering it unusable.
I was offered a refund, or an “upgrade” to a substandard product. To be honest I’d had enough. I would have accepted a discount or some gesture of goodwill but nothing tangible was offered.
Just spend some extra cash and buy from ukjuicers instead. Better products. Better people.
