Do not do business with LMR. I ordered a part for my Mustang that was close to $500 - I never received the shipment. I filed a case with LMR, they did nothing to help me. I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau against LMR to try to get my part or my money back and LMR never even responded to the Better Business Bureau. I am out 500 and at this point will have to file a small claims case against LMR to get them to respond..

Just an update on this. I thought that LMR had closed the trouble report on an item so previously gave a poor review. They are replacing the item free of charge, so have updated the review. Highly recommend them for auto parts!

First off let me say I have only had great experiences with lmr. I feel like I have been a loyal customer buying many parts from them. Today I wrote a review ( which they asked for ) on a kit that I ordered. I usually don't write reviews unless they are good ones. This one wasn't and was pretty explanatory and lengthy. Lmr removed it. There was absolutely nothing profane; only truth and my experience with this part and the company that offers its lack of customer service. I then submitted another review of the product short and sweet. "wouldnt get these". Removed... why do they ask me for a review and i give it ,they don't like it and then remove it ? I thought a review was to let people know what they might expect before spending hard earned money these days. I'm sure this will receive some sort of response from lmr stating I did something wrong. All I did was tell my BAD experience with this particular part; I'm not the only one...

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star if I could, Every time I have placed an order here I get an email next day saying my order has been cancelled by “our third party system” asking that I use PayPal, are you F’n kidding me? PayPal? I ditched PayPal back in the 90’s,
LMR has HORRIBLE customer service and distributes nothing but over priced junk,
I suggest you listen to the other reviews for the truth about this place and take your business to American Muscle, CJ Pony and National Parts Depot where you will be treated GREAT and receive quality parts.

Not even worth one star.
Awful customer service. Sold me a bag that was damaged. I had already returned the bag on the same day, which why fixed but then I noticed more damage. Internal leather had two large cuts. I complained again that the quality shouldn’t have been dispatched from their warehouse/ factory.
But i apparently had 7 days to complain, in my opinion I’ve had 2 days as this is the second time I’ve viewed it.
Awful service, don’t buy!
