I ordered a package for my mother for mothers day and my family is everything to me.
I had a bad experience and spoke my mind in a review.This was taken very seriously by a representative of Maine Lobster.He read/listened/and phoned me to discuss the situation and how Maine Lobster could resolve it.I told him how I'm a first time customer.Being that, my first impression was very important.He listened to every word and offered to refund me or send out a second package..I didn't take the refund.I asked them to make it right. I told them I would like to give the company a second chance.That they could send the new box and I would review again based on this.

The package arrived exactly on time and everything inside was wonderful. Lobster,clam cakes, Lobster bisque,clam chowder,and taffy.My mom prepared a lobster sandwich for dinner with the quick cooking guide you have in the box.She said the lobster was amazing! She's already spreading the news of your great service...and so am I ! You've made a lasting impression on what you did.And for that you've gained a loyal customer

WOW! As new customers, and fresh lobster meat lovers, we were concerned we wouldn’t get to Cape Cod this year for our annual lobster feasts. We ordered fresh, unfrozen lobster meat and were more than pleasantly surprised. It was tender, exceptionally cleaned, and had the sea taste often lacking in the grocery store meat. We’ll reorder soon.

Great communication.....Quick ship (arrived early in the morning so I could prepare for my Husband's birthday dinner that evening). Along with the Lobster tails (meaty and sweet!!!)...we had the mussels (so plump and tender) and scallops.....all so fresh and delicious!!! Needless to say....My husband and I were both very happy with his birthday dinner!! Great company and we will be ordering again soon! "Couldn't be Happier!!"
We ordered 18 1 lb lobsters for mother's day, living in SC but being from New England my mom was craving some Maine Lobsters! With the craziness and inconsistency in shipping during the Covid pandemic I was very worried about getting the lobsters on time but they were here, beautifully packed and all alive. There was seaweed in the box and when you opened it the smell of a Maine beach was fantastic! The lobsters were so sweet and delicious we were very happy with the whole process!!

Ordered 3 pounds of alaskan red king crab legs as a gift for mothers day. Total weigh including Styrofoam box was 2 pounds 4 ounces. Really? What thievery and complete lack of respect for their customers!
This is my second and final order with this company after 2 horrible experiences.
You will not get what you pay for with Maine Lobster Now. Plain and simple.

"Solid company"
I made an order for NYE and unfortunately FedEx not only didn’t deliver they sent it back to their distribution center and it arrived days later on 1/2. Very gross but I did get a full refund with the very inexpensive protection policy. Do not remove it. Fast forward to Mother’s Day and yay 4 live 1.75 lobsters arrived with steamers. About 1/3 rd were broken but they will refund. The lobsters were awesome and really kicking!

"Rotten lobsters for $150 and refused to correct the problem. Crooks."
We received five lobsters around Christmas containing an empty plastic package with no dry ice in the afternoon, We kept them refrigerated until the next day. When cooked, the meat was complete mush that smelled rotten, we obviously could not eat them. Ruined our birthday celebration
They refused to give us a refund. Our bank card finally had to charge them back after a six week battle, The fish was bad and they acted like crooks.

"I had ordered last year in September…"
I had ordered last year in September and unfortunately had a bad experience with expired lobsters. But I thought I would give it one more try for Mother's Day 2020. I will not order from here again. Steamers were so tiny and tasteless and lobsters we ordered were suppose to be 1 1/2 pounds. Weighed them and they were a bit under 1 1/4. Learned my lesson.

"I've ordered lobster"
I've ordered lobster, several times, for my son and daughter-in-law Sara, in Alaska. This year, with the silliness that's going on I most likely WILL not be going there in June for Justin's birthday. I will HOWEVER order them a number of tails (cooked and frozen) for overnight shipping to Wasilla Ak.

This place IS fantastic and I'm very glad I found it a number of years ago. IIRC it was Sara's mom who told me about it.
