"Amazing experience with Al Hadi Travels"

I visited Saudi Arabia for my Umrah during last week of December 2024 and I’d like to share my experience with other travellers.
I decided to use Al Hadi Travels after reading their positive online reviews and was able to get in touch with brother Talha very easily.
Talha made my whole umrah booking experience smooth and easy from the beginning. He has a vast experience of Makkah and the vicinity as he has lived in the city for a while. After knowing my requirements, he was always patient and guided me in choosing the correct hotel best suited to my needs. I was really happy with location of the hotels in Makkah and Medina as both were at 5 minutes walking distance. I personally loved the Makkah hotel as the location was near to the King Abdul Aziz gate and you could enter Mataaf area with ease. Talha never pushed me or pressurized me in accepting the package till I was fully satisfied. I asked him to provide me prices for every possible permutation with regards to the dates and flight timings, and each time he provided me prices without any hassle.
While booking I was advised that Umrah/Tourist Visa will be issued a month before travel date and hotel booking confirmation will be sent few days before travel date. For a person booking first time this looks a bit uncertain; but let me tell you with my experience, Talha and Al Hadi were genuine and honest with respect to above mentioned documents. I received all the necessary confirmation before my travel dates and the hotels were same as promised. Only issue I faced was with the transport company which Al Hadi uses in Saudi. Other than Mecca leg of transport (airport pickup + ziyarah), rest of the transportation was good.
I cannot thank Talha enough for his efforts and commitment in making sure I was happy and satisfied with my package. I would honestly ask anyone who is planning to go to umrah and decides to go ahead with Alhadi Travel to ask specifically for Talha Tariq. I hope Alhadi Travels looks after Talha as he is a valuable asset to the company and portrays Al Hadi travel in an honest and positive way. Cannot imagine getting sincere and excellent service without visiting Al Hadi travels or meeting Talha Tariq.

I booked my Umrah trip recently with Alhadi Travel and I can honestly say I was not disappointed the trip was amazing from beginning to end I can’t explain it in words how smoothly the whole thing went I wouldn’t have done it this good even if I did myself, and the service I got from Muhammad Usama was spot on he arranged everything from beginning to end and made sure I was happy with everything before it was booked he was so patient and understanding with me and worked with me to book the perfect Umrah package and the best thing when I was in Saudi Arabia he kept in touch and made sure I was okay and if I needed anything to let him know I can’t thank him enough he didn’t just give me a perfect Umrah Package I had a fantastic experience he also gave me his time and kept in touch with me even when I was there .... in Mecca I stayed in Hilton close to haram and shops and in Medina I stayed in Zam Zam Pullman this hotel was close to everything amazing hotels..… I will definitely will be booking with Alhadi Travel again inshallah.

Travelling with family including a baby is a stressful experience, but he did his best to make it as easy as possible for us. "Don't Use "

So, it would appear that you want clients to pay for a complete package (airlines, hotels and transfer transport). Remember, you select the airlines, hotels and transfer transport companies. And yet, when things go wrong you wash your hand of the whole matter and plead ignorance by saying you have no control over them. How convenient! Two weeks ago, a friend of ours (along with 8 family members) started planning for Umrah. He asked who we used; it should not surprise you to learn that we told them to stay away from your pathetic company. Hope you lose more customers like this. One last thing stop telling customers (even before they have set off on their journey) to leave you a 5* rating. Surely they should do this voluntarily upon return if they are happy with the service. If you employed this accepted practice. I wonder what your real star rating would be?? It would be refreshing NOT to get an insincere and box-standard reply to this post since it would be meaningless. Please don't waste any more of my time. I am sick and tired of companies like yours that promise the 'moon and the earth' and than deliver sub-standard service. Have a nice day.

Having acknowledged in the reply to my original review that they had inconvenienced my family, these idiots are now trying to get my original review taken offline unless I provide more feedback. In brief, your driver from Medinah to Mecca was driving so fast (even though we told him we felt uncomfortable) that he was pulled over by the Saudi Police, spoken to and issued a ticket for driving at 146Km/h in a controlled 100km/h zone. Then he proceed to drop us off at the Hilton in Mecca when we were supposed to go to the Swissotel.
On the day of departure from Mecca to Medinah your idiotic company sent a small car (when clearly they knew from the original booking that they were 3 adult passengers, with 3 suitcases and 3 hand luggage). My wife and son were sitting in the back seat with suitcases squeezed in between them. Of course we complained. He stopped at a service station so that we could get into a larger vehicle that the company had dispatched, What a waste of time, This company is in the wrong line of business. Ruined the whole experience. Now, please shut up and stop bothering me.'
