I used al hadi travel to book my umrah trip for Ramadan 2018. I found to be the best priced for the package I was looking for. My agent muhammad Amir was very good at sorting out any issues I had and even when the package was all booked he managed to find me a better hotel for my mother. Would definitely use them again. Many thanks to Alhadi Travel for our amazing Umrah experience. The staff and service is second to none. All the details were handled meticulously. Pre-departure, we were kept informed at all stages and our agent kept in touch with us whilst we were in Saudi Arabia as well.

There are no hidden changes. It is a true all-inclusive package in the sense of the word: visas, flights, hotels and transport. We were able to tailor our package according to our preferences and affordability. No request was too much for our agent, Rai Ali Raza.

We stayed in a fantastic hotel in Mecca with a shuttle service to Masjid-al-Haram. The hotel in Medina was within walking distance of Masjid-al-Nabwi. We had a really good experience with the transport in private cars all throughout - airport/Mecca/Medina. The drivers complied with all our requests and looked after all our needs, including stopping for prayers / food etc.

We've booked our Umrah package with AlHadi Travel. The customer service received by AlHadi has been excellent, especially by a specific member, called Mohammed Aamir, who has been very helpful and professional. He was happy to answer all our questions

Although we haven't been to our Umrah yet, as we have just booked the package, I am giving 4 stars for the customer service. Once we have return from our Umrah, we will amend this review, and give 5 stars accordingly afterwards which they totally disserve.
