"Painful Plasma Pen Experience "

I booked in for the Plasma Spark Eye Lift which came in a package with RF chin lift and HiFu. The practitioner was lovely but clearly untrained. The Hi-Fu treatment was fine however the pain of the plasma pen was unbearable. She applied the numbing cream to both eyelids, at the beginning of the first eye it was uncomfortable but not painful, I could feel the cream wear off before we had finished the first, by the time we moved on to the second the numbing effects had worn off completely and I flinched due to the pain every time she applied the pen. As someone who get frequent treatments such as laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal and injectables the level of pain really shocked me. The practitioner tried to convince me that most people can handle the pain and would give me a second or two to rest from the pain, I felt that it wasn't safe as I was flinching so much and was worried I may cause damage to my eyes so I requested the treatment was stopped, I left the clinic with an unfinished and uneven treatment. My eyes did heal within a 2 weeks and I saw some improvement however I think it was quite dangerous and I was lucky to have no worse damage.

Update: I have since been contacted by one of the senior managers, who informed me that they had several reports of issues with the numbing cream being used for this procedure and have since decided to change the numbing cream used. I was offered a repeat of the treatment with the new cream free of charge which I will be trying again later in the year. Anthony really went above and beyond to ensure that I received great communication and service following my experience. I have returned since leaving this review for 2 other treatments (hifu) and have found them all to be a great experience.

There was plenty of information and lots of contact beforehand, my appointment was dead on time and the I was really put at ease, Iwish I could remember the lady’s name. Because she was amazing, she was so knowledgable and very easy to talk to , the clinic was spotless clean, modern and looked extremely high tech. "A horrible experience"

A horrible experience, this person called Sandra left me in the treatment bed for 45 minutes waiting, I had to leave the room and went to look for her, she put excuses that she got delayed by another person when she was supposed to be with me in the room doing the treatment, with 15 minutes left to the appointment she insisted to start the treatment, really? I can’t believe this people can be so unprofessional. I asked for a refund, I hope they do it.

Been using Vivo clinic for a while and just wanted to mention the level of service provided from Tash is unbelievable. Sometimes its not the product you come back for its the level of service. Tash has always been brilliant and goes the extra mile each time. Credit to the company!

I had a radio frequency facial, hifu facial and plasma pen treatment with Cherie. I am thrilled with the results and found the whole experience very relaxing. As a 59 year old woman, my complexion has never looked as good as it does now for a long time. I would definitely recommend the treatments and of course Cherie. "Initial treatment was fine but left…"

Initial treatment was fine but left with a second appointment that I felt slightly bullied into abd when I cancelled this appointment with a months notice I was told I would not get my £50 deposit back as it was non refundable…….which I had not been informed of at the time of booking…..due to it being done verbally they are refusing to pay back what I am owed!

"HIFU Treatment "

This was my second treatment. The salon is lovely with a pleasant waiting area. My therapist, Misbah was knowledgeable and professional and put me at ease straight away with her friendly demeanor - I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The treatment is slightly uncomfortable but I chose to have the highest setting to get the maximum benefits - you can reduce it to a lower setting if you find it uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend going - try and book with Misbah as she goes the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and pampered.
