It'll be alright as long as the knives don't arrive damaged. If they do this company expect YOU to pay for the return. Ordered what have turned out to definitely be fake steak knives, 2 of which are damaged (handles) to a point where they cannot be used.

Customer Service is non existent, they repeatedly fail to answer any questions I ask.

I felt obliged to write a review, as I searched for KitchenKnives.co.uk on Google/Trustpilot, before purchasing and was a little concerned by the other low reviews. I was only swayed by hundreds of positive reviews I found on another review website.

The service was excellent. I received my order in 2 days and the I am very pleased with the products.

I was a little concerned by the age verify thing (having no experience dealing with a website like this having never ordered any age restricted item on the internet before) but after reading another review reporting in a similar vain I decided it was bonafide. Further to this I got an email from one of the KitchenKnives team of how to complete the process and assuring me I didn't need to take any further action.
