Absolutely mediocre customer service, their so-called system could not verify that I’m a registered voter, you are told that buying with credit card or voter registration verification will suffice for the purchase of the knives. When this failed no one contacted me I had to chase them and then they did not accept evidenceof registration and demanded photo ID. All of this could’ve been done a few days ago their follow-up and customer service is clueless and has a we cannot be bothered attitude.

Amazing customer service and the cheapest price I can find for Wusthof knives even compared to Amazon! On Wednesday/Thursday, I emailed to say that I’m having friends around for a Chinese New Year dinner on Saturday and would love to use the new knife, customer service put in the delivery immediately without extra charges. I could have received the knife on Friday but storm Eowyn hit Scotland so I received the knife on Saturday instead. I tried the Wusthof Classic 20cm knife as soon as I got it. The best knife ever! Precision cutting!
