Good communication, necessary because there was a frequently changing stock situation.

Discounts may be a little overstated, but delivery was very quick even off the mainland.

Ordered a Wusthof Craftsman for a Christmas present. Two weeks later (23rd december) got a refund, no explanation, nothing. Had to ring to be told "we've no stock" Absolute scumbag type of business. Dishonest, unreliable, and lacking in a modicum of common decency.

Delivery was slightly longer than was stated but when I emailed to ask why, the response came within 10 minutes and the item was delivered when they said in the email. Can’t fault the service, it was Black Friday when I ordered so delays are almost expected.
