Absolutely appealing service from customer service team, purchased a faulty knife that SNAPPED IN HALF!! my wife was only slicing cheese, they seem to think that I was using a glass chopping boards, I was not washing the knife right, and I was storing it wrongly. I have answered all thier questions with no reply. Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Use at your peril and i hope you don't have a problem with your purchase because they will not answer your email!!....

Have used several times as my daughter is a young chef and growing her knife set. Always really helpful with advice, and competitively priced.
I recently but had a minor issue with an order, - this was resolved immediately by Vicki at Kitchen Knives. No corporate nonsense and I felt treated with individual care and respect.
Usually, service is sacrificed for price or vice versa – Kitchen Knives excel on both price and customer service – Thank you. 5 stars isn’t enough!!

"Ordered a set of knives showing as in stock to find out that one of the knives was out of stock and the following day another one was out of stock. "
I ordered a set of 3 knives that was showing as in stock. 2 days later I had an email saying that one of the knives was out of stock and would I be happy to swap for a different length of the knife. I agreed. The next day I received another email saying another one of the knives was out of stock and asked if I’d be happy to swap this one too. I ended up asking for a refund.

"Price was great but delivery was slow"
Price was great but took a while to receive. Emailed after 4 days not having a shipping confirmation and was told it would be dispatched the next day. Was dispatched a week later and received safely. Great product and a great price, but was an unexpected wait on delivery.
