"Efficient Company selling quality products at a very favourable price"

I have recently had occasion to place three orders with this company. The knives I brought were very favourably priced - much cheaper than if I had bought them in a specialist shop. To my surprise there was the added bonus of a quality gift when the order was over £100. My order was delivered promptly and efficiently. I will have no hesitation of using this company again,

"Terrible customer service and blunt knives"

Purchased a set of three Japanese knives which were blunt. I sent videos to the company to show that they are blunt but I was told that the knives are not meant to cut tomatoes (which is the food I was cutting in the video). I was then told to test the sharpness on a piece of paper despite the fact it was quite evident the knives could not even cut a tomato. I felt I was getting nowhere so I gave up on arguing with them. Overall, a terrible customer service experience and three blunt knives which I can’t use.
