Was easy for me find what I was looking for on the website. The price was great, was delivered quickly, well packaged and would use them again for the knifes I need.

I placed an order on a Classic Wusthof knife set which was saying in stock with next day delivery available at the end of the year, only to be contacted by support to say that there was an error on the website and that the product was not actually in stock. (Not the first person this has happened to after looking through reviews).

I was advised that the order would be sent the following week as they had more stock of the set coming in, but once again was dissapointed when the week came and went with no delivery or communication from kitchenknives.

After emailing them again to find out what was going on with my order, they tried to trick me into changing my order to an "upgrade" which was actually a set of worse knives (Gourmet Wusthof set). When I asked why they tried to offer me a product which was actually a downgrade on what I ordered, I was told that this was becuase they had the Gourmet set priced higher than the Classic set I had ordered.

I would be very wary ordering from this company as they do not know the products that they are selling and clearly cannot keep track of the stock they have available.
