"Scam site. When you contact anyone about getting your money out"

I tried to make a withdrawal off $800 over a month ago, the system said my transaction was processing, it has been saying that for over a month now. I have made several request for customer support, and they have yet to ever respo d to my request for support. I can't withdraw any of my funds until that first withdrawal has completed processing, I don't understand why it takes over a mo th to process a withdrawal? Why there is no response form customer support, this seems like a scam

Low quality service and denying its responsibility and refusing to compensate customers for their loss caused by FXTM.

I, a customer have a contract with FXTM, in which the payment timeframe is 30 minutes.
FXTM caused a delay of 7 hours for my deposit. Low-quality service.
At 23h (Server time), 24 Sep 2024, my account was stopped-out due to lack of money. This was caused by FXTM's delay in processing of transfer.

Notes: At least 5 times before, FXTM was delayed in processing of my transfer/deposits.

Other Brokers I work with, always process deposit payments in less than 1 minute.

I see FXTM is denying its responsibility and refusing to compensate me for the loss.
