Please know , the department suggested to use the e wallet payment method as , the refund would take more time than the usual , and since you have deposited in small amounts through card , there will be multiple payout request send from our side , and it may cause time to track any ARN number .
In case you still wish to continue with card withdrawal you can confirm us on the same email , or you can confirm us to reject card withdrawal and proceed directly to use skrill e wallet for the withdrawal from your dashboard.
This Fxtm email me after few time my withdrawl was declined.

1. Didn't allow me to close my trade for 24hrs. Lost money.
2. Tried to close my account. They didn't allow me to withdraw the same way I funded my account. My credit card. I had to withdraw to Skrill.
3. It took months of back and forth e-mails to eventually withdraw my money and close my account.
4. I honestly thought I wasn't going to get my money back. Terrible experience.
Updated - For "security reasons", after period of 1 year, you can't withdraw to your credit card, even if you credited your trading account with that credit card. There is no mention of this policy in the trading agreement and no attempt by FXTM to inform me at 1 year when the policy took effect.

Hola buenas tardes ay una señora si se le puede llamar así, llamada Ribana, que a suplantado a esta empresa, yo perdí 300€ más todo el tiempo que estuve trabajando para ella, sin beneficios.
Se metió en mi cuenta bancaria y quiso hacer un préstamo a mí nombre de 30000€ gracias a que mi banco lo bloqueo no lo perdí. Poco después me saco 900€ de mi cuenta bancaria. Que he perdido

FXTM absolutely not good at withdrawal process. A lot of thing need to be clear before they process my wd request. I've tried more than 10 fx broker, all of them not difficult like this one, only few minutes to receive money in my acc. The only thing good about it, one of yr team Mr. Richard is very helpful.

I joined them about a year now. They've been good at least kinda average but now they're the worst. Have you seen their gold spread recently? You buy at 2314 but they activate your buy at 2314.9. very annoying. If network was bad at least I'll know and it won't activate immediately the trade was taken but this one, immediately I take the trade, it activated but at another price. This is very bad. So you guys are saying your gold spread is now almost 10%? That crazy

hey guys, believe me fxtm is playing with spreads and pairs, in demo account there is small and low soread , in ecn and plus classic high spreads comes to mt4 and mt5 , also when nfp cpi rate, they automatically closed my orders

About a month ago I joined the platform with the help of two scammers Nkosi Christian and Louis Stephen and I had the worst first time experience ever in which I kept on depositing money and next they tell me off.. if this platform is really legit then I suggest you come up with a strategy to deal with these two.
For now I do not recommend this platform to anyone because hard earned money is lost and people are scammed by these two
