Jack and William were the most friendly and helpful delivery drivers I’ve ever seen. You just get used to having your deliveries dumped on you by other company’s and just accept it as normal practice. These were nice guys who made my morning. Not even opened the boxes yet so I can’t comment on the contents.

"Lovely furniture"

Lovely furniture, easy to assemble. Unfortunately one of the drawer runners was incorrect, but this was quickly rectified and I am delighted with the furniture.

I am really happy with my new Gianni sofa from Daals, it looks great and I love the colour. It’s not as squishy as it looks but the seat is deep so it’s comfy. I spoke with their customer services team quite a bit when arranging delivery and can’t fault them, especially Alan who was very helpful, and Jack and William who delivered the sofa were excellent - very friendly and helpful, I can’t thank them enough. My only complaint would be that you can’t choose your delivery date, which is a bit annoying for a large item, but other than that, the product and service is great.
