First time ordering from Daals, excellent service & rapid delivery. Customer service very good. The delivery driver was very professional, polite & kind. Refreshing to see & even helped bringing all 3 x pieces into my ground floor apartment. Above & beyond, very rare to see nowadays so thank you.
I’m very happy with my L sofa & footstool, high quality materials, comfortable & stylish which reflects the image online. I would recommend Daals to anybody & I will definitely be ordering more furniture/items in the future.

A little slice of luxury at an affordable price. The chair is so comfortable, yet firm & supports my back. It blends well with all the different colours in my living room. I would certainly recommend this company & the chair. The delivery came sooner than I expected which was an added bonus.

I bought a small double bed for my daughter. Big mistake,the headboard came stained with oil right in the middle and it took 2 weeks to get a replacement....lots of phone calls and emails, waste of time, and money. I do not recommend their products. Also a very poor quality overall. If I could I would have attached a photo but I can't.

Ordered a chair and 2 seater plus a side table the colour I ordered for the chair and 2 seater was taupe they aren’t taupe they are cream was offered a 15% refund as a gesture of good will if I kept them they cost me over £800 emailed them since and heard nothing the 15% refund was for the 2 seater which may I also add has a hole in it

This site is completely misleading! They show one color on the website but send something totally different. I ordered a coffee table in light oak, but what I received was a much darker shade. When I contacted customer service, they admitted the mistake but still expected me to cover the return shipping and 25% of the product cost. Absolutely unreasonable and unacceptable! Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
