"The delivery drivers wouldn’t help me…"

The delivery drivers wouldn’t help me carry my sofa up 8 steps into my flat, saying that they weren’t insured. This wasn’t made clear to me when I placed my order and had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. My sofa has to now stay in the communal area until tomorrow when someone can help me take it up.
