"Poor-quality foam inside the cushions"

Poor-quality foam inside the cushions. (Daphnis velvet sofa) After just one week of use, they are already sunken, and there is no way to restore them to their original shape. No matter how much I try, the foam gets compressed and doesn’t bounce back. Not worth the price.

Additionally, it came with a very noticeable fabric defect. If I hadn’t had to pay £90 just to have it carried up to my apartment, I would have returned it. Instead they refunded 10% of the price, which is less than the extra amount I paid for the transportation.

"Quick delivery"

Quick delivery, but big heavy bulky items were left woth concierge. I called, emailed and send text to driver asking to bring packages and leave by the door to apartment, but all that was ignored and packages left either concierge. Not sure how i have to get them all up by myself, will need to ask help from someone. It shouldn’t have to have worry like this when paying for product DELIVERED. It wasn’t delivered regardless 3 requests.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY!

Ordered chairs and was given a delivery date in the order confirmation, arranged to WFH that day. Got a text message at 11am a week earlier then expected saying they would be delivered the next day and if you don't reply by 12:45pm you will incur a £30 missed delivery fee.

I was in a meeting but managed to call them in time and said I cant be home for the delivery - they said they had put them on the truck already anyway and said I would be charged the fee...now they won't even schedule to redeliver if you don't pay this fee that isn't anywhere in their delivery policy.

After several back and forth emails I asked to cancel the order for a refund to end the whole saga and they want to deduct the £30 fee. So I just spent £30 to argue with someone for weeks for nothing - feels very scammy and that they do this to make money of people!

Ordered the outdoor dining set and Fiz and his partner make the delivery process an absolute breeze. Calling the evening before to check I was available to receive and once it arrived the next morning they unloaded it quickly and without issue. Would buy from again.

"Snuggle chair "

Chair was well-packaged, delivery by two people was prompt. We needed it taking to first floor via an external staircase. One delivery man refused to assist, saying that stairs weren't allowed, but the other offered to help, which was really kind and much appreciated.
