Purchased an armchair, but sent back as it no longer fit with our changing decorating plans.

Return at our own expense (stings a bit, but fair enough I suppose). Jucelle from daals customer service was communicative and helpful throughout. Full refund (minus our cost of return) with minimal fuss.

My dining table was delivered earlier than expected, I was given notice and a 3 hour time slot. Packaged well, full easy to follow instructions, took a couple of hours to assemble. I’m very pleased with my table and would order from Daals again.

"Lovely looking sideboard but one drawer…"

Lovely looking sideboard but one drawer does not close properly, the gaps between the doors and unit are not symmetric making unit look wanky. Also has a very strong smell of chemicals/paint that has not disappeared after 2 weeks. Expected better for this price (spent £575). When contacted customer service response was “This is within tolerance.
The piece is meant to look old each piece is unique.” It is a modern furniture piece, not sure where old look should apply.
