The quality of the Laptop I ordered satisfied all my requirements. It was a gift for an educational charity in Africa. My order was processed quickly and the laptop despatched inside 2 days as promised.

It would have been helpful to know if I could have collected my order in person, from Refreshed By Us, as this would have suited me better.
