"Service is decent but CX website experience is brutal"

Product is decent, but the website and CX with the site is terrible. Was able to log on to purchase, but have been unable to log on since, I have validated that i am using the correct password. Even when i try to reset the password, it doesn't send me any email to do so. I have an account which i can't log onto.

Although the laptop didn't quite arrive inn the timescale I paid for, they reduced me the difference very easily. As for the laptop, I am delighted with it and would definitely but from them again.

I have yet to send my old laptops to them for recycling, but it's only a matter of time and an email to arrange collection. Whole process has been so easy. Good communications.
