Beautiful clothing, as pictured - The dresses are stunning and fit perfectly (although refer to the size chart for each item to ensure best fit)! The Gothic Cathedral handbag was wonderfully embroidered, and even the socks were beautifully and carefully packaged! Shipping was quick and efficient! Will definitely be ordering again!

"Really disappointing quality."

I absolutely love the design of their clothes, bags, etc. It's a beautiful brand aesthetically. However, the quality is truly disappointing! I bought three M-sized t-shirts, but they seem to be made for someone who wears XS, no exaggeration. I also got a pair of gloves, and here I have no complaints – they are gorgeous.

I bought a hoodie, size M, with a crescent zipper, and when I opened it, there were strange stains on it like it had been discolored. Then, when I zipped it up, the crescent fell off the zipper! Not to mention, it feels tight – guys, please fix the sizing because this is not okay! I've worn size M my whole life, but your sizes run small, seriously.

I also ordered the Succubus bag, which looked amazing online, but when it arrived, it didn’t live up to being a €70 bag. There were lots of loose threads, and the left side of the bag was noticeably asymmetrical, making it look odd.

I'm not the type to leave negative reviews – I love how your products look, fast shipping, super friendly staff, but hey! What’s going on with the quality? And the sizing, which is unfortunately way off?
