"Vague and expensive"

My personal experience with this company was very expensive and without any result.
I was charged an awful amount for the work I did not see.
There’s no service and no understanding of any circumstances.
Will never use their services again nor can I recommend them.

Emma Taylor was very helpful all the way through. The completion on our new build took much longer than usual due to our builders having a problem getting materials.
She guided through the whole process and was excellent

"Poor service, unhelpful and unresponsive staff. A total mess."

We were recommended this law firm by the developers of our new build property. Considering the extortionate fee’s that they charge, the service we have received has been appalling. The Solicitors are poor at managing expectations, calls remain unanswered and no one has the decency to return your call.

The Solicitor assigned to our file, Danielle Marsh, was unhelpful, unprofessional and a pain to deal with. Absolutely pathetic.

Take your business elsewhere - this firm is a waste of money, time and your efforts.

"Unethical practice that charges double the costs while giving a poor service"

Shocking unethical practice. Please be very careful signing up with them. They charge double the price of other soliciors and hardly do any work. A very disheartening experience. Immoral T&C's. Threatened to charge me even more money if I did not pay some of their rediculous T&C's. It is not good to treat customers unfairly like this!

"Mediocre, poor client service"

Buying a home was stressful and it wasn’t an exciting moment for me because of the firm’s unsatisfactory client service. Although I had no complaints with the paperworks, I find their service to be unprofessional. I am a person who thrives in planning and structure and I find them disorganized. Lack of focus and communication, unreliable in time frames and in managing expectations. No transparency in terms of the cost. They did not value my time as much as I valued theirs.

Whenever a developer recommends a solicitor, do a background check on them. I would not recommend a firm that is mediocre to my family and friends.
