"Don't bother with the online Shop."
Great products that we've been buying for years, but my god do they make it difficult to buy them online. Account not recognised followed by email already in use. Got in eventually, but at checkout, paying by Paypal doesn't work "there is a technical error. please try again" and again and again. There is no telephone order line. You can't e-mail them. The web site isn't compatible with mobile phones (the post code box brings up the numeric keypad). I've been trying to order stuff for my wife (she gave up at the first hurdle) and it's taken me over an hour. Eventually managed it on a laptop following advice from their help line not to use a mobile or Paypal. If you want to buy Triumph/Sloggi, go to a shop. It'll be quicker. Oh, and they can't spell (Ordrenummer?)
P.S. The chosen deliverer "delivered" our package to some other house. Nice door, just not ours.

Beställde två stycken TRUE SHAPE SENSATION, ganska dyra bhar men de håller inte för tvätt i maskin. Har haft dem några månader, efter bara en handfull tvättar går de i bitar, något klister som släpper så att det hänger lösa tygband från hela bhn. Jag tvättar på låg temperatur och snälla program. Otroligt dålig kvalitet!

"Ordered an expensive bra to be…"
Ordered an expensive bra to be delivered via Evri to a parcel shop. Received an email stating Evri had delivered my bra to the parcel shop, upon arrival to said shop there was no bra registered as being delivered and the proof of delivery photo showed the feet of a man accepting parcel at a private residential front door. I have raised this with Evri and then telephoned Triumph customer services…. An abrupt woman answered instructing me that I would need to fill out a form with my written signature so this could be “investigated” . I pointed out that they have the same information as I do that clearly shows my bra has not been delivered to the parcel shop, the lady agreed but rudely repeated I would need to fill out the form. I asked how long it would take to investigate? her response “I have no idea this is not my department” Absolutely vile experience! Why Triumph a supposedly “high end” brand is using Evri I have no idea. Why I, as a paying customer should have to fill out forms in order for Triumph to raise an investigation with Evri is beyond me? So I have no bra, I have been spoken to like a criminal, I have no idea how long I will have to wait for a refund, will need to find a way of printing off a form, hand signing it and returning (I don’t own a printer) and at no point did “Nicole” offer any kind of apology. Be warned people…. Lovely bras but definitely not worth the hassle or being left feeling of no importance what so ever. Plenty of other brands to choose from.
