Beställde varor på rean. Beställning och betalning gick igenom och bekräftelse på beställd leverans. Men sen har inget hänt på två veckor. Ringde kundtjänst som bara pratar dålig engelska som ursäktade det som hänt och erbjöd pengar tillbaka. Har inte fått återbetalning än men bekräftelse via mail att det ska ske.
Jag kommer inte handla online här igen. Det känns för osäkert.

"Very good bras"
Very good bras, excellent quality, good value in the sale. Well packed and correct, but the delivery is slow. It takes about 2 weeks and then you get Evri delivering to your address. The Evri courier in my area is awful and has an attitude problem. I would rather the option to pay for postage, I would choose UPS or DPD.
Also all the Triumph emails about my order went straight to my Spam folder.

I ordered 2 bras from Triumph and they arrived on 25th November. They did not fit, so I contacted Triumph and they emailed me a returns label. I took the goods to the post office the same day and the parcel was tracked and arrived on the 29th November. I have emailed Triumph customer service 4 times now with proof of delivery and still they have not refunded me, despite their own T&C's stating that a refund will be issued within 5 working days upon receipt of the goods. I have contacted PAYPAL to ask them to step in and Triumph have replied by saying contact our customer service team for an update! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Triumph!

"Over-estimated Brand and Terrible Operation"
I placed an order with a good discount but waited for three weeks without any information until I wrote an email to the company, and then they told me there was some issues about delivery, so, they would refund to me. However, this has been second time in this year that they operated like this. As a big and well-known company, how could this kind of matter happend again and again without any measure to avoid?

"Return disaster…"
The return is a disaster if you do not live next door to an Ervi drop off point or a store. I asked them to provide a return address. One of the customer associate offered me a return label, but the next one put no effort to read the email feed and just sent the automatic go to the website and generate one with their policies, some not even apply to the items I bought. None of them are used, just I do not have pyramid shape breast and the bra looks awkward on me, not to mention I wanted to match it with an undy but now I do not want any as it is not going to happen to be a match.
