"Very bad experience with the app"

The reason I gave 1star is because I'm trying to play and there is some error with the app.... I also have uploaded my ids for the past 3 days and when I'm logging in the app is still requesting my ids. Very bad experience can anyone look in to it and solve this matter.

The supposed random number generator is a fallacy. Time after time it's one number either side or the same number comes out repeatedly until you back it. Then it goes cold. The algorithms are obvious and clearing the website data simply doesn't work. It's a terribly unfair site as the reviews indicate. Avoid and go elsewhere. Vegas and the Sky Casino are appallingly unfair.

I have to say that, as a Mathematician and Statistician, I have grown increasingly suspicious of SkyVegas Roulette over quite a long period of time. My experience matches those of others here: an initial few wins followed by extremely prolonged losing sequences that defy statistical probability but yet possess a curious signature pattern. I have run numerous tests and kept a log of the numbers spun and those played and find a consistent pattern of statistically outlying behaviour which also follows a distinct and predictable pattern.
My advice is to avoid.

Update (4.7.20) - I have found the website's win to bet ratio is far better than the application's, to which the above comments refer.
Update (28.7.20) - I noticed a drastic change in the frequency of which my chosen numbers occurred.
My opinion is that they are watching what you play and adjust your probability of winning accordingly. Avoid.

Tried over last 7 months to get a win. Played nearly every day on a few favourite games. Down thousands and never got a decent win. Can spin 40p spins for hours and just eats cash and no win and features of next to nothing to keep going without depositing more money . Impossible odds. Do not believe the reviews you see! As a user of quite a few online casinos. Sky is the worst of the lot. RTP is really really bad. Over the last month alone sky has managed to take over £2000. With other companies you feel you would get back at least half over the course of the month but with sky you get nothing. Every month with sky I am constantly down also don't think I have been paid or won in games and have been wreckless to lose it all.....I genuinely mean with sky you get NOTHING. Stay away from this one. The fairness/RTP is unreal.

Well safe to say sky casino is the biggest con. I have always used skybet,vegas,casino and poker for many years and yesterday I have got them to shutdown my account.i was playing on casino solts and got super spins at 50p stake and it was a good symbol I filled the whole screen apart from the top and bottom box on the last reel. I still had to spins left and BOOM error occurred. After calling technical support they said they found the problem and could not complete the out come of the game therefore refunded my stake 50p whoopee and gave me a 5pound goodgester fund 😕 very unacceptable
